The Registry Collection – Exchange Program
The launch of Los Jardines de Abama introduced a unique benefit for new owners: a complimentary two-year membership in The Registry Collection, one of the world’s leading luxury vacation exchange programs.
This exclusive service allows residents to exchange their vacation weeks at Abama for stays at more than 240 luxury destinations worldwide. The first two years of membership are included as a gift from Abama. After this period, membership can be renewed or cancelled.

Rental Program & Property Management
The rental program is professionally managed by MyWay Hotels & Resorts.
Owners receive rental income payments every six months. Properties may be used by the owner for up to six months (26 weeks) per year.
Rental Income
Owners receive 40% of the net accommodation revenue generated through the rental management program.
This revenue is calculated after deducting sales, marketing, agency commissions, and indirect taxes, and excludes additional guest charges.

Community Fees
Owners pay a monthly community fee based on the size of their residence.
The fee covers:
Exterior maintenance
Interior common-area maintenance
Technical installations and utilities
Security services
Swimming pool maintenance and lifeguard services
Property Tax
Owners are responsible for the annual property ownership tax.
Capital Expenditure Reserve (CAPEX)
Owners contribute 4.5% of annual rental income to a CAPEX reserve fund.
MyWay Hotels & Resorts manages and administers this reserve fund.
Owner Usage
Owners must notify MyWay Hotels & Resorts at least nine months before the start of each season regarding the periods they wish to make their property available for rental.
Summer Season
1 May – 31 October
Notification deadline: 31 August of the previous year.
Winter Season
1 November – 30 April
Notification deadline: 28 February of the same year.
Rental availability periods may be scheduled flexibly and do not need to be continuous.
Rental Program Duration
The rental management agreement with MyWay Hotels & Resorts has a duration of 16 years.
Community Regulations
All Abama residences are governed by the Homeowners' Regulations, designed to preserve the tranquility, elegance, and visual harmony of the resort.
